The FIU Honors College A Capella sang the U.S. National Anthem opening the formal awards ceremony held by the Consulate General of France and Florida International University Honors College. The Consul General awarded U.S veterans who fought alongside France with the insignias of "Chevalier dans l’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur”.
